As spring pushes forward and summer nears, there is still plenty of time to formulate the plans for your next home improvement project. At All Inclusive Kitchens, as our name says, we know a thing or two about kitchens. With an array of services under our belt, may we suggest taking a look at your kitchen countertops. Not sure where to start with this process? Let’s start with the material. Here at All Inclusive Kitchens, we offer three different kitchen countertop materials to choose from. Today, we are going to discuss granite.
What is Granite?
Granite is an igneous rock that consists of quartz, alkali feldspar, and plagioclase. Known for its strong and durable properties, granite has been viewed as a staple for construction related projects for years. For many homeowners, granite has been the premier choice for countertop related projects, and for good reason, too. With a variety of unique colors and patterns, granite kitchen countertops are an easy way to elevate your home’s overall value and elegance.
The Benefits of Granite
As mentioned already, granite is known for its strength, but there is so much more to this material beyond its vitality. Compared to other materials, granite is an affordable option that provides a splash of life to your kitchen, as its diverse texture and hue range allows for you to get creative without breaking the bank. As a natural stone that is readily available, have no fear in getting heavy use out of your granite countertop. Scratch, heat, and stain-resistant, you will not have to worry about changing up your cooking routine in order to keep up with your granite countertops. And in the off chance you end up spilling something, you will find that cleaning them is an effortless task.
The Installation Process
When working with All Inclusive Kitchens, we will be with you every step of the way. Upon purchasing your granite countertop, we will then schedule a template. Either before or the day of the template, your current countertops will be removed and your cabinets will also be checked to make sure they are level. About a week to 10 days after the template is when the installation process will begin. After the installation is complete, one of our specialists will come back so that they can complete plumbing and appliance installations. Have any questions or are looking to start your next project? Head over to our contact page to get in touch with us! We are currently offering $100 for all customer referrals who sign a contract, as well as three roll out shelves with cabinet refacing projects for new customers! Terms and conditions apply to the latter.
